With 20 years of experience and more than 7,000 successful real estate transactions, Joe Cruz has established himself as a leading force in New York City’s real estate industry. As Co-Founder of Revived Residential, Joe combines an entrepreneurial mindset, extensive market knowledge, and a results-driven approach to brokerage, investment, and development.
Licensed at just 18 years old, Joe founded his first brokerage, Urban Realty, only three years into his career, expanding it into a successful two-office operation. Since then, he has managed hundreds of agents, represented countless buyers and sellers, and built a reputation for delivering exceptional results.
During his six years at Compass, Joe partnered with Louis Belisario to establish the Belisario Cruz Team, closing over $500 million in sales across Brooklyn, Manhattan, and Queens. In 2023, the team ranked No. 1 in Brooklyn and No. 2 in New York City by transactions.
Beyond traditional brokerage, Joe is an accomplished real estate developer, investor, and licensed general contractor. Since entering the development business in 2015, he has successfully developed, renovated, and sold more than 30 homes throughout New York and New Jersey. He has also spearheaded the marketing, launch, and leasing of multiple residential new developments, serving as the lead broker on projects exceeding 100 residential units.
Born and raised in Bushwick and Williamsburg, Joe is a lifelong Brooklyn native whose deep roots and firsthand understanding of New York City’s neighborhoods give him a distinct competitive advantage. Fluent in Spanish and holding a degree in sales and marketing, he continues to lead Revived Residential with the same ambition, innovation, and commitment to excellence that have defined his career.
Today, Joe resides in Rockaway Beach, where he remains deeply connected to the communities he serves.
